I don't even know where to start on this one - she's such a pathetic mess. I can't believe she bought another dog!!! Why, why, why? She should be banned from being able to buy any more dogs - I shudder to think about those poor puppies in her care.

The lighter, she admitted to stealing it and she didn't feel bad. Like Schianne said - it's a crime, it doesn't matter how much the item is worth. Plus, this isn't the first time she has stolen things. How ridiculous that the paps paid later for the lighter, it's so immature when the only friends she has are her pap enablers. I know it's been said a gazillion times before but I don't get why she doesn't do something with her dreadful hair She makes millions a month, can afford to buy frothy coffee coming out of her ying yang, purchases new puppies like bottled water and buys enough gas to support a fleet of limos and yet her hair is a rat's nest. She needs to seek medical attention before she goes too far. I think that she's the next Michael Jackson, she has this grandiose attitude and believes that she's in a make believe world where she is owed everything for being a young pop star (including a lighter?!? and an endless supply of kids and dogs in which she believes to be her toys).

So her family was a mess---well, all of our families have problems, she needs to go get some help or else this is just a slippery downward slope (stating the obvious ) and it's not going to get any prettier.

It find it very interesting how Alli and Sam take turns at babysitting Britney. Probably none of them would stand to be around her 24/7 longer than some weeks so they have to switch. And I'd like to say that I think the word "enabler" is being used way too much. She's a 26 years old mother of two, not a teenager. It's not the paps, not Alli nor Sam, it's her, she's her own worst enemy, the enabler sits in her head and will not go away unless she seeks treatment.

She definitely meant to steal it. She had paid for her stuff, then started walking away, went back, grabbed the lighter, and walked away again, and as she passed by the paps she made the "Oooh I stole something, I'm bad" comment. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt at first (maybe she had paid for it but forgot to take it, then remembered and went back, and then tried to mess with the paps' minds...) but since the store owner confirmed it was a theft... it just really shows how screwed up in the head she is. I really am thinking she doesn't want those kids, why else would she steal, on film, and "brag" about it?? I'm no Britney fan- I never have been- but I have felt badly for her all this time and been praying she gets treatment. After this lighter fiasco, it just makes me see she really don't care about anything at all. Scary as it sounds, I definitely think Preston and Jayden are better off with their father... with no custody rights for Britney at all until she has been successfully treated for whatever mental illness she has.

The owner of the shop has not made any kind of stink; his statement was that she did steal it and he hoped that she would pay for it next time but that it was not something he was going to worry about or prosecute over. After her little lighter stealing antics Im really over her. I held out hope that she would get help and make a comeback, but now im just...over it. Shes extremly immature, and starved for attention. For everyone asking "who sells a dog to that girl" The answer is...a business, duh. She buys all her dogs from pet stores and they couldnt care less what happens to those dogs. If she were going through a breeder it would probably be a different story. But since she gets them from the pets store, the only thing they care about it making money.

The point isn't the cost. The point is her constant disregard for anything and anyone, and her pride in having done it.

The store owner didnt make a big deal out of her stealing the lighter, SHE did. She is headed out the store, turns around and grabs it, then turns to the paps and says, "Oh I stole something, I 'm bad, ohh". She obviously did it to cause a fuss.

That poor new puppy. I'm over this...why does she get to keep buying a boat load of dogs? Where is the background check? I don't understand how a person who can't even take care of her kids, really seems a likely choice to take care of companion animals. Just 2 years ago she had about 2 or 3 chihuahuas...what happened to them? and the yorkshire terrier, which is improperly sitting on her lap and now the maltese (I think)...dog collecting for the sake of having something cute is criminal...SHE BLOWS!!!
