Lindsay Lohan's 2007: Shocking, Scandalous and Lots of Shopping
It's hard to believe that so much happened to Lindsay Lohan in just twelve months. The year LL finally turned 21 and could legally drink in the states, she was in and out of rehab three times, racking up the DUIs and (hopefully) hanging up her partying shoes for good. Here are the highlights of her headline-grabbing year.
