Lindsay Lohan's 2007: Shocking, Scandalous and Lots of Shopping
The 2nd DUI
Despite her alcohol monitoring device, on July 24th Lindsay was
arrested again in LA on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was found to have a blood alcohol level five times the legal limit and cocaine was in her pants pocket (though she claimed the pants weren't hers).
