We were thrilled to hear that Will Smith was nominated for a Golden Globe last week for his fabulous performance in The Pursuit of Happyness. Will was so grateful for the nomination and now he has yet another thing to make him happy. His movie came in #1 at the box office this weekend taking in $27 million! Here he is on the Today Show with son (and co-star) Jaden, who we're sure is sharing in the good news as well.

But why Oh why did the writer of this film title it with such poor grammar???....is it deliberate....?? Happyness should be Happiness....this incorrect spelling and SMS speak of thx and gr8 is the reason kids are struggling in schools today.

Seriously, Will and Jada's family is too cute for words. Plus the story seems inspirational and interesting...if I wasn't partying so hard this weekend I would have went to see it. Pursuit is gonna get my money for sure, Will always proves to Hollywood that he deserves that 25 mil per flick...people always love his flicks.

11this movie was based on a true story .i saw an interview the other night on 20/20 they interviewed the real man .it was very touching ..haven't seen the movie yet but looks really good and has a great message :)i will definitely see it.
12i saw the movie!!! i loved it!!! did anyone else who saw the movie notice that in the last scene with the daycare in it the spelling of "happyness" was changed back to "happiness" and in the very very last scene when the father son pair are walking down the road the real life Christoper Gardner passes the pair in the street?? i thought that was reallly cute!!!
