Britney missed her court hearing yesterday due to a medical condition, but was seen driving around this morning at 2 am with a big smile on her face — not exactly the best way to keep up the appearance of being unable to leave her house. While we can't judge whether or not Britney actually has an anxiety disorder, this seems like she's parading around her ability to ignore the court. So we want to know — do you think Britney should be punished for not showing up for her deposition yesterday?

48Why are the courts even pretending like she wants those kids. That's the real question. Just take them away PERMANENTLY, and then see how much she fights for them. She has too many rights, as is, with the visitation.
