Well this time she said she was going to fix her nasal septum. I thought her nose was just fine before.

i think it is such a downgrade.
i never understood her appeal before, and i never found her that attractive but this nose job has butchered her face...and its not even a huge change...
now i think she was really pretty before.

and this was obviously not medical, or at least not JUST medical...

basically that i didnt like her muc h before and now i think she was soo much prettier before and that it obviously wasnt solely medical (if at all) judging by the obvious outward change...

Really the "real nose" wont show for at least 6 months, its too early to tell, Mine didnt stop swelling for 5 months, and it took 1 year to get feeling back into it.

I'm not really with getting plastic surgery at such a young age, but if it makes her feel better then whatever.

I seriously can't even recognize her! That doesn't look like her anymore! She looked so much better before!! Seems pretty plain Jane and unrecognizable now!

If u just look at her and her cloths without looking at her nose then u will say she looks good. Thats bcoz she always dresses up .....not dresses down like some kind of stupid celebrity ...like BRITTNEY.

Her nose job is really bad. I asked my 7 yr old daughter, who is a big HSM fan, to tell me who she was. She could not figure it out. When I told her who it was she looked sad and said that she was pretty before and looks really wierd now.

For someone who wasn't very famous to begin with, it was really stupid to do something so drastic. She looks like a totally different person.

Not a big fan of the shape of her nose, but given what I'd read about why she got the nose job... I can understand.

The deviated septum really is a medical issue. It makes me sad for people to assume that she did this just to get a new nose - did we all forget about what happened to Jennifer Grey? Just because other celebs have used that as their excuse (ahem, Ashlee Simpson), doesn't mean she faked it.

I don't want to pass judgement on her new nose until we get to see a photo from a better angle. Anyone's nose would look bad from that angle.
