Why isn't she wearing any makeup?

i jsut dont beleive half of hollwyood have deviated speptum..but her old nose was fine.

The doc didn't do a good job. To me anyway.
Not good at all.

Oops, I meant eye makeup. She looks kind of washed out. And does anyone else think she looked better pre-nose job?

I read that as Cordin Bleu at first!!! (No, haven't watched "High School Musical"... don't intend to either!)

The people I know who got "nasal surgery" always admit that it was a nose job later. I'm wondering if that was the case for Ashley.

deviated septums are fixed inside the nose without changing the bridge all time. she might have actually had one; i'm not doubting that, but come on, it's obvious more was done. she looks pretty though and if she's happy, good for her.

Forget about the Tis...the Bleu is adorable, in a friendly Sideshow Bob kind of way...LOL

I dont see that much of a difference in how she looks now vs before.. she's just not wearing a ton of makeup. I think she looks fine.

Her nose looks so nose-jobby. I think she is going to regret it the way what's her name from "Dirty Dancing" regrets her nose job. What's the point if no one recognizes you anymore? She looks like 1/2 the girls here in Long Island!

I think I am in the minority here but I think her nose job looks so fantastic, a million times better than before. Of course the deviated septum as the only reason for the surgery is such baloney! Please! As razzlemoon said that kind of correction is not correlated in any way with a cosmetic change and this cosmetic change is dramatic. Always, good nose job is hard to find and I think she really got lucky! Her plastic surgeon is right up there with Ashlee Simpsons in the talent department I think!

Her nose doesn't look different to me. She isn't wearing that much eye make up and her hair is way darker, so I think she looks different...but not in the nose.

I think if she was going in for a typical nose job, the tip would be refined and it looks exactly the same to me.

her hair color's darker now. she just reminds me of ashlee simpson after her nose job. less make up, more toned down hair. perhaps cuz of more confidence. but it's def more surgery than a deviated septum. her nose is shorter than before.

How terrible for this girl. She had a cute thing going before. Her face was quirky and refreshing, and all the pieces matched. Now that she has a generic nose, her cartoon mouth looks really unattractive -- and there's no shaving down that!

I miss her old nose.

She looks really young, maybe it's the makeup. But she doesn't look bad so... it doesn't really matter. It's a teenager's nose.

Honestly folks there is little difference in her nose at all. I have seen before and after pics and there is no difference. She isnt wearing much makeup here and also isnt smiling as big as she usually does. To me she looks like she's in a bit of pain...thats why she isnt smiling as big. Who the heck cares anyway?....i have a deviated septum too but i probably wont go under the knife to fix it. Too scared.

I have to jump to Ashley's defense, whatever her reasons were for doing this. I actually grew up in the same little town in NJ that she did, and my mom used to babysit her and her older sister, and is still friends with her mom. I can honestly say that Ashley is one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people, and it's sad to me that people attack others so viciously for their personal choices. She's a great girl, and yeah, a nose job is going to make anyone look really different no matter what. Let's not waste our time with senseless bashing, especially when this is a girl with a great personality who does a lot for her fans.
