Since we won't be getting a new episode of Grey's Anatomy [1] tonight (boo), here's some afternoon McManjoyment [2] for you. Patrick was looking very serious as he went for a stroll in LA yesterday, but he's got a lot to smile about with all the end-of-the-year credit he's been racking up lately. Even though he was only the runner-up for People's Sexiest Man Alive [3], the magazine has named him as their Star of the Year [4]. Not a bad title if you ask us, but if Patrick needs some more encouragement, you guys also voted his relationship with Amy Adams in Enchanted [5] as the best movie romance of 2007 [6]. Here's hoping that 2008 will bring more great things for him and more important, more new episodes of Grey's [7] for us.
