Jennifer Garner, Violet, Keri Russell, and River all got together for a stroll around the Upper East Side of Manhattan this morning. Violet showed off a new jacket in her stroller while precious little River poked his head out but mostly just snuggled with his mom. It was really a meeting of all-star moms of the year — you voted Jennifer as your favorite celebrity mom of 2007, while over on lil you voted Keri as favorite new mama. While Jennifer recently admitted that Sydney Bristow is her favorite role of her career, it's pretty cute to see she's still keeping in touch with Felicity.

9Don't kid yourself- They ALL have nannies and a team of hired help to assist with raising a kid. I used to work for a CEO of a major NYC RE Developer and when he would go away, he would bring 4 nannies for his 4 kids- Just 1 was not enough ... Haaa !!!!!
And, what does mom do all day while dad works and nannies care for the kids ......... Nails, gym, shop, drink tea and gossip with the girls.

24Actually Imcurly, I find it kind of hard to imagine that these two have nannies given how down-to-earth they are and at least for Garner's case, she always gets photographed with Violet sans nanny.

45I guess Keri is friends with both of them. When a couple gets divorced it's bad for their circle of friends, too. Bt it's so common, you can find a way to stay friendly with both I think.
