It's very unusual to see Mischa in something that doesn't push the limits of fashion, but maybe she just threw this on to run out and get a coffee. It's mistakes like this that can cost her the number one spot on the Best of Lists of 2006. In fact, Mischa came in second to Beyonce on Life & Style's Best Dressed of 2006. Either that, or a couple of other mistakes she made along the way. You know, the ones that made us go - well, that's just ugly! Luckily more often than not, she's on her game. Here's more:
Never one to shy away from bold prints, daring colors and unusual shapes, “Mischa Barton has a knack for mixing and matching,” says Jaye Hersh, owner of celeb mecca Intuition. “She doesn’t follow any rules, and she always looks like she feels comfortable in what she has on,” adds Hersh. “It never seems thrown together, but it appears as though there’s no effort whatsoever.”

1The fact that Beyonce came out on top says everything about this ranking - she is among the least stylish persons in Hollywood. I have never seen her wear anything I would want. Mischa looks great most of the time, and Jennifer Lopez and Scarlett Johansson also have their moments. But Beyonce? And Lindsay? So not stylish

Mischa's pants don't even fit her well. If she doesn't see that, she doesn't have great style.
4I like her extra low cut pants! I also love that she has hips.. I hate my hips and it's great to see some women in hollywood have hips and aren't just slim tiny no figure bodies.
But, I would have to say Jennifer Aniston should have been much higher on that list, she alwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays wears something that I want.

I'll give them J.Lo, Scarlett, and Julianne Moore. Jennifer Aniston's style is a little boring but at least she always looks nice. And I don't really like Gwen's style but at least I respect it.
But the others? Puh-LEASE.
Lindey looks like trash. I give Mischa points for originality but her looks usually don't work. Katie Holmes looks like an awkward little girl playing dress-up.
I think Kate Moss and Rachel Bilson should be on the list.
11Definitely Rachel Bilson should be on the list. Mischa pulls off everything she tries anyway, so I agree that she should be on the list. She's got a designer's dream body-- long, lithe, all angles and that healthy, tomboyish figure--- a figure made for clothes.
12I really don't think Beyonce should be on the list. She just wears ugly tight stuff and I hate her hair most of the time.
I think Sienna Miller should be on the list--- her attempts work most of the time. And Nicole Richie has impeccable taste.
Note: IT's not WHAT you wear, but whether you can rock it. Clothes have to match your identity. Rachel Bilson, Mischa, Sienna, and Nicole all know how to wear clothes that say something about who they are.
who in the bloody hell came up w/ this list?! In no way, shape or form do Mischa, Beyonce, or LL belong anywhere near this list! Anyone else rememer Mischa's "drop knowledge not bomb" top w/ the bizzaro red skirt? Beyonce has style, I'd say about 40% of the time & LL's style is not even worth commenting on.

15I agree, WhiplashGirlChild - Kate Moss should be on the list! She ALWAYS look stylish, no matter what. A lot of people say she is not that beautiful, she does not have Heidi Klum's smile or Giselle's body, but she does pull off any look. I don't think I have ever seen her in a non-stylish outfit, not even when she looks really tired and worn out. Actually, she is the kind of person who makes herion chic look cool just because of her style.

31Mischa Barton has a super-mushy body, like a thin marshmallow. I think she looks good overall but I wish she would do something to tone up since she is regularly flashing skin.
I can't agree with anyone on this list. Then again my idea of style has never been affixed to big-name celebrities.
