It was a tough call between Britney and Beyonce, but Britney's hair always looks like crap!

Britney has to win this, hands down. The others look good most of the time and have a slip-up here and there. Britney is a hot mess 24/7.

i like Scarlett's hair, but I'd choke on the hairspray fumes while having it done. Brit is the worst. I literally gasped out loud when I saw it the 1st time

Beyonce definitely. And I doubt it's a burn mark...usually burns get discolored and red...they don't stay flesh colored. I think if you wear extensions/wigs/pieces/ you should try and make them look as natural and realistic as possible.

Has to be Britney. Britney or Jessica. They consistently have awful hair. One messy day (Gwen) or one experimental do that's actually a don't (Scarlett) does not make for a worst hair award, IMO.

I love Selma Blair's hair. It's interesting and cool.
