While Jessica Simpson was in the stadium for Saturday night's Cowboys game, she didn't dare show her face on the television while her man Tony Romo led his team to victory. He did cryptically tell the press that she was there, though, and seeing the people scattered throughout the stands either in blonde wigs or holding up masks of her face. In a taped interview he commented on the whole situation. He said,
"I don't care how the perception is of me. I know at the end of the day I'm trying to be this type of person, I'm going to try to do things the right way and I'm going to try to do everything I can to help this team win. That's basically the way I live...But it hurts me when it hurts people that are close to me. Some of the journalistic integrity this week I thought was a little poor in some ways. But that's part of being in the public eye."
Well, at least Tony's got Jessica's back, because it sounds like her die hard fans got lost on the way to the movie theater this weekend. Her Blonde Ambition opened in eight theaters in Texas this weekend, raking in a whopping $384 dollars (it works averages out to $48 per screen, 6 people per showtime and 48 viewers total). Ouch. Here's to wishing her a Christmas away from it all.

17I love this whole situation with her. She annoys me greatly and to see her flop like this is funny to me. I don't mean to be cruel, but she thought she was too good for Nick and she has turned out to be nothing. I hope Romo dumps her hard and quickly. Too bad, so sad Jess.

33I was at that game on Saturday night and it was hilarious. People did some crazy things to their Jessica pics - one guy pimped his mask with a bandana and some bling for a gangsta twist. It made the crowd a lot more entertaining, considering half the stadium were Cowboys fans!
