Jessica Alba braved the post-Christmas sales with a vengeance yesterday taking advantage of the sweet year end deals. In more exciting news, how about that big old honking diamond engagement ring on her finger? The day after she announced her pregnancy we noticed a band (maybe this ring turned around) and then we heard that they weren't planning a shotgun wedding. But now, her rep confirms that the couple is, in fact, engaged to be married. Congrats again to Jess and Cash! Whether or not they wait until their new addition to actually tie the knot, we'll have to wait and see. 28I never got why people dislike Jessica. She seems down to earth.So she doens't smile a lot...that doesn't decide what kind of person she is. She could be one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I doubt any of us know her personally. It seems to me that people are following the clique that dislikes her but they don't have actual good reasons for disliking her. It's always...well she doesn't look happy in pictures..so? 29Not a surprise. She comes from a close Catholic family, so it probably wasn't easy to tell her father she was pregnant in the first place.

44I actually have had a pretty intimate experience with Alba. I live in Vancouver and my friend and I were extras for fantastic 4 the rise of the silver surfer and I really did like her prior butttt..... i saw her and watched her many times sometimes for an hour or more a day and she is a miserable b*tch. I was seriously so disenchanted by her. I couldn't believe how cold she was, always rolling her eyes and as soon as she was done her scene her assistants would flock around her and put her ugg boots on and wrap her in a blanket.
45AND, a friend of mine who works at a popular clothing store downtown was working when Ms. Alba came in after hours to shop and she was such a b*tch that she actually made my friend cry ! She rudely exclaimed "umm is this the best sh*t you guys have to show me ? "
Ya needless to say she left a bad impression on Vancouver.
Jessica Alba hasn't looked happy since the announcement came out that she was pregnant. Something tells me it was not planned. She can Cash were still having troubles when she got pregnant.
She may feel that she is "stuck" now marrying a guy she doesn't trust.
