The year is almost over so it's only fitting we get a few more DUIs in. We were just reporting yesterday that the smoking starlet [1] was fortunately not ending up in the hospital like another holiday weekend, but this time Mischa ended up in jail. Barton was busted late last night [2] in LA with "possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license." She is still in custody (perhaps sobering up) and her bail is set for $10,000. Someone might be ringing in the New Year in rehab.
