Maybe you should post a before and after pic. I have no idea who she is either...so with that maybe she would be lucky that a large population doesn't recognize her and she can still have a future. Unlike Baby from Dirty Dancing!

Who makes her shoes? Give her a break, she doesn't look that different! I just found out about this HSM group a few months ago. I think it was through my cousin's children. One is in kindergarden. They are just the next generation's stars. The girls are cute, but I think Zac Efron could also pass for one of the girls.

I dont know its a pretty huge difference, and most people who have gone in for a "medical repair" do not come out lookin so different...I mean they look alittle different but her face looks SO much diff...but I dont think its really going to matter. I do miss the cute nose she had when she was on the Suite life with Zack and Cody...(hahaha I have kids- thats y I know that one..lol ) but its hollywood after all

I think she is cute as a button with any nose. My kids watch her on Suite Life with Zach and Cody. I just think it's sad that such a seemingly sweet girl, with lots of talent still thinks she needs cosmetic surgery at her young age.

I think her face looks pretty much the same - I actually think that it's the darker hair along with it that is throwing everyone off.

Her "new" nose is awful. She should go in for a repair job. She used to look ok, but now she just looks like some teenager with a really unfortunate nose.

i thought she was cute before she got her nose fixed. my cousins watch "suite life with zack and cody" and i thought she was cute there. i was like, well now this is a disney star i can like. then she had to get her nose fixed and do a song on how tabloids make up stuff about her but are not true. i hate it when stars do a song about how "hot" they are.

I don't think she looks that different at all! It is only the bridge of her nose that looks different, the tip wasn't touched. I don't see how people can say she looks drastically different...no way! I agree, some before and after pictures would help.

Why oh why did she change her nose? Her old nose anchored her face and gave her features presence. But now, she just looks plain-Jane-blah.

I don't care either way, really. But I will say it makes me more reluctant to develop an interest, if only because I feel like she's not been honest about it. It's okay if you hate your big honker, but just come out and say it. It just contributes to the vicious cycle of "love yourself for who you are, but make sure you change that first."

I don't know why she Really had her nose changed but I don't think it was for medical/health issues.. She was fine before. I often wonder what happens to all the Stars who have surgery to change their looks and then have a child and that child inherits the original Family features.. Do they ever think of altering their child? You know, we Don't see much of Micahel Jackson's kids.. I hope he lets them look as God intended. Michael was So cute when he was growing up. I had a Crush on him in grade school!

Am I the only one that thinks it looks like this is her 2nd nosejob?? My daughter watched the Suitelife & the early episodes she looks NOTHING like the later eposodes...and now NOTHING like her newer face. It's such a shame she is so young. I don't think you really grow into your face until your mid 20's anyway.

I respect her for being honest about the plastic surgery. I mean, sure, she's saying it's for "medical" reasons, but...she's atleast admitting she's had something done.

That new nose is ugly. Whoever performed the surgery should have their license revoked.

Her new nose stole her personality...why does everybody want to look the same...she got an Asslee simpson nose now...

I'm not a fan of plastic surgery and I think Tisdale is cool,but if she thinks that she needs surgery and she is not even thirty, well what can I say?
