Nick and Jessica seem to be battling it out for headlines this week. The divorce was just finalized and now they both have new songs to release. Nick was on the Today Show this morning talking about how, "...it's time to move on." Nick didnt use his divorce to help sell his albums. He had to promote his album and people wont promote you unless you are willing to talk about what happened. It's all about business people. He wasn't planning on taking half of Jessica's money, but lets face it..her daddy told her not to sign a prenup so they had to split everything. Now if he didnt make an album, and just took her money you guys would complain that he's a moocher and can't work for his money. He made an album and in order to get it promoted he had to tell his story, and you guys criticize him for doing so. If you were put in that position you'd do the same thing. He needed the publicity considering how his last album flopped. He's moving on, he's happy and he's still hot as ever. Im glad him, Jess and her dad are dunzo...he needs a woman, not a little girl who lets her daddy run her life.
