I'm surprised people are comparing Brad to Britney. There is a huge difference in driving down a busy street or highway going at least 50mph with an infant on your lap than driving 5mph or so in a cart where there's hardly any foot or machine traffic. If Britney did this I wouldn't care and probably nobody else would.

I don't know, maybe the vehicle can only go 5mph, but if it were Britney we'd all be calling for the removal of all visitation. He may not be driving on a highway, but it's still kind of stupid. There's nothing to keep him from falling out of the vehicle, no windows and no doors.

I never compared the two... just made an observation, if this was Brittany, we would all be singing a different tune here.

FYI, as an attorney who works on atv and four wheeler cases, TRUST. Brad is being a FREAKING idiot by not having a helmet on little Pax. This angers me, perhaps I need to show him some pictures of some of the poor people (adults and kids) brain damaged by this stupidity.

And no, going "4 mph" does not change a darn thing. These vehicles are known for their propensity to flip over, esp. on concrete. But apparently being "hot" is an excuse for being negligent.
