Rosie made some comments on The View this week when Donald decided to let Miss USA keep her title after some very scandalous behavior. Rosie said, "He's the moral authority? Left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair. Had kids both times, but he's the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America." Trump did not find this funny. He retaliated by going on a hateful tirade, attacking her appearance, intelligence, calling her names and even threatening to send someone over to steal her partner Kelli. Here's more:

“She ought to be careful because I’ll send one of my friends to pick up her girlfriend and I think it would be very easy,” Trump, 60, warned.
"This woman is totally out of control," he told the New York Daily News. "I'm worth billions of dollars, and I have to listen to this fat slob?"
Trump also lashed out at O'Donnell on the television entertainment program, The Insider, ridiculing everything from her appearance to her former eponymous television talk show and magazine.
"Rosie attacks me personally? I know her fairly well because her show failed. She didn't retire. She didn't get the ratings! Her magazine called Rosie was a total disaster," he said.
"She's out of her mind. I will probably sue Rosie for a number of reasons. I'm worth a lot of money. She doesn't tell the facts," he added.
Wednesday night, Rosie blogged about Donald posting details of his troubled finances from Wikipedia. She then decided to take the high road this morning on The View. She brought Kelli along to the show and said, "I was afraid to leave her home in case someone with a combover [ahem] came and stole her from me." She then made a face and said nothing more. Hopefully, Trump will follow her lead and move on to something else. To see a very mean clip of Donald bashing Rosie just read more

Team ROSIE!!!

"Yes I kissed [Colin Farell]. Of course I did! He's the cutest, hottest thing in the world -- wooh! He's such a bad boy." Britney 2003
Team nobody.. They are both PR wh*res!!
2Wow! These two are really nice people--I've met them both. They're both very opinionated and have very thin skins. They just need to sit down and talk. I can moderate!
3"Im worth a lot of money, Im worth alot of money, Im worth alot of money"..Shut the h@ll up and get over yourself. If Trump has so much money, maybe he should get himself a better hairpiece 'cause the one he has is horrendous. I actually agree with Rosie here. Just because that idiots rich does not mean he has a right to judge other's lives, especially when he isnt exactly the most moral person on earth. Having money does not equal dignity and intellegence, nor does it exempt a person from having such. I hate Trump..He's a douchebag. An horribly ugly douchebag at that.
4Team nobody for me too. They both need to shut their pieholes. They're both incredibly irritating.
5I agree. They are both annoying and I think they would make best friends since they are so alike.
6ugh what an eye roll. and Im referring to more then just this post.
7Whats the matter t0xxic?
8Grow up!!!!!!!!
9And eye rollish or not what rosie said was not deserving of what he backlashed with so immature
10t0xxy, girl, I hear ya.
11lol dvdsky, that's what I was going to say. You beat to it. Money doesn't make him better than Rosie. I'd sooner listen to HER, and she drives me nuts.
12it's like how in criminal law you can't respond to non deadly force with deadly force in a confrontation, while Rosie's commends were uncalled for, Donald's were just cheap shots.
Ok I really need to get law school exams off my brain.
13Dang Whiplash, that's a heck of an ornament you've got for an avvie.
14rosie sure does have a lot 2 say about ppl
15she gets into fights with everyone
but i dont understand y trump has anything 2 do with miss usa watever
Team nobody. Rosie did make a point. Donald is immoral but so is she. I guess she forgot that she is living a lifestyle that alot of people deem to be immoral. Rosie is no better position to judge morals than Trump.
Food for thought: What if Miss USA were a lesbian? I'm sure Rosie would have nothing but praise for Trump if that were the case. But if a lesbian Miss USA were stripped of her title because of underage drinking, then Trump would be a homophobe, along with a whole slew of others on Rosie's hit list. Could it be possible that Rosie is a HETEROphobe?
16Cari - he runs the Miss USA Organization. Don't ask me why, seems kind of strange to me.
17comments commends, sorry guys my brain is fried.
always turn on spell check.
18He owns the franchise or whatever it is called
You can tell that he is associated with it
because the girls don't have to have a talent.
19i cant believe how immature Trump is in those statements he made..calling Rosie fat and how she's probably attracted to Miss Usa? He needs to go away and stop calling someone else ugly before looking in the mirror. Theres no one uglier or snottier than him..
20blah-blah-blah. trump thinks he can say anything because he's rich. rosie thinks she can say anything because she puts it under the gay banner. i wish they would both shut up and go away.
21i'm bringing naughty back
LOL sugar_addict96, she does seem like a heterophobe.
So many people are saying that Trump is mean for saying what he said. I'm saying the man deserves a pat on the back! It's about time somebody spoke up like that about Rosie. She disgusts me. She accused Kelly Ripa (for no reason what so ever) of being homophobic (hello, she has kids, she can't afford to get sick so she doesn't need ANYBODY'S hand over her mouth, gay or straight), and now she is insulting Donald all because he believes in a 2nd chance for the Miss USA? People, please don't forget that she started this crap by insulting him - he didn't come out of nowhere and insult her. She is a loser, and should never have been given the chance to return to daytime TV (or any TV). Yes, the View is controversial, but there is a difference between controversial and ignorant.
22TEAM DONALD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rosie--- YOURE FIRED B*TCH!
23Awww, poor Trump, someone has a bruised ego. Kiss and make better?
24Did I understand this situation incorrectly.. Rosie said these things about Trump on her blog and maybe on the chatty beginning of the View? Its not like a news anchor said it as a factually story being reported..its an opinioned personalty on an entretainment show..how is that liable for suing?? Just Rosie's opinion. Has the hair cement used to keep the comeover in place killing so many brain cells that Trump is serious? Oopps.. will he sue me now?

26the both of them need to stay in their mutual corners and shut the hell up........
27Wow I didn't realize what a nasty ugly person he really is. I like Rosie. But even if he was talking about someone besides her, I would have a problem with how nasty he was. He has never impressed me at all.
28Holy moley.
This so unbelievably immature, it's laughable. If Rosie didn't think she had to give commentary on EVERY FREAKING THING that happens, she would have a much easier time of it. I like comedian Rosie much better than activist Rosie.
As for Trump, what can I say? I like him in spite of myself.
29wah, i can't see the video because i'm at work. i'm guessing trump went pretty low.
i don't care much for either party but i like rosie slightly more. i have liked her performance in movies like "then and now"...and i don't remember what else she's been in. i thought the 'ching chong ching' comments were totally unacceptable though. racism just isn't funny.
30I think Donald Trump was VERY rude... She is a Lady, even if she is chubby of whatever, a lady should be treated with respect. So, if he wants respect he should be wise enough to answer in an intelligent way...
Aurix...
31The View's ratings are up with Rosie there. The hot topics in the beginning, they talk about those beforehand. It's a TV show and she is paid to do the things she is doing. She has opinions and she is on there to "shake up the view" as the promo went. People either love her or hate her. I am pretty sure she is the "moderator" on that show, so she "brings up" the topics to get everybody talking about it. I think it has worked. Look at all the controversy that has given The View publicity as of late. I mean people watch it to see who she is feuding with. I did think it was funny when Trump was saying to look at her background or whatever. I wonder what little man syndrome he may have that he needs to talk so ugly like that!? Usually adults don't talk the way he did.
32I think trump is acting out because he got his feelings hurt, on the view, people make fun of tons of celebs, I think Trump took things to far. And trump is going to sue her for that....hes so extra. Doesn't he realize that not eeryone in the world is going to like him.
33Donald Trump comments are those of a child. He did not back anything with a intelligent rebuttal. Instead he picked on the obvious she being a lesbian, a heavy Woman, etc. She only stated facts. It's not like she made anything up. I can understand if everything was fabricated but it wasn't. This just lowered Donald Trumps class. Rosie is payed to be a foul mouthed , expressive, opinionated persona. That's why she's on a show called The View.
Donald Trump is a man who runs a real estate empire and business tycoon. His job is to make trades and invest. Yes he has been a celebrity figure but only because of Reality T.V. a phenomenon that gives everyone there 15 minutes in the spotlight such as "You're Fired".
Bottom line they all got what they wanted having us talk about them.
34I am no fan of Donald or Rosie. BUT, I find Rosie offensive in ever aspect of the word. She mouths off about everything. What was THAT when she criticized the rescue effort in Oregon for the lost climbers on Mount Hood? Anyone that needs to criticize as much as she does has a self-esteem issue. I think Rosie needs to find a couch to lay down on somewhere. I can't stand her.
The Donald....He was being vindictive, mean and spiteful. Rosie humiliated him. His comments were made to not only wound but to destroy Rosie and possibly the whole VIEW thing. I dislike the VIEW anyway.
35i like both of them - i really think they would get along if they just air things out too - they are both strong opinioned - mr trump - see the good side about rosie - she says whats on her mind!!
36i give rosie credit though - id be scared to mess with trump
37At first I laughed out loud when Donald said he's going to love taking money from "nice fat little Rosie", but then when he's talking WORTH and all that, he may have more money than her, that doesn't mean he's better than her (or anyone else) and that he's always right. And Rosie needs to shut 'er pie hole, she's really going to get into some big trouble one of these days.
38I would have thought Donald Trump would be a lot more intelligent then that. He sounded like a child.
39And now I have anothher reason not to like him apart from him delaying my flight from taking off so he could fly off in his private jet.
They both make me sick.
40First of all I HATE these two. They are both pigs and two of the most digusting "celebrities" that there is. The thing I find most hilarious is that I know Trump is only suing because she said Donald was bankrupt. If you wanna make Donald mad just call him bankrupt and he'll sue your azz! He's sued for this before!
41LOL
42Whoa whoa whoa. She said a LOT more than what is printed here. She mocked his hair, his life, said horrible things about his finances. SHE needs to drink a tall glass of shut the f*ck up and sit down.
"Left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair. Had kids both times, but he's the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America," O'Donnell said to roars of audience laughter. "Donald, sit and spin, my friend."
She continued: "He inherited a lot of money. wait a minute, and he's been bankrupt so many times where he didn't have to pay. ... I just think that this man is sort of like one of those, you know, snake oil salesmen in 'Little House on the Prairie.'"
Um, when did SHE become the moral compass for anyone? I don't like EITHER of them, but I have more contempt for Rosie, especially after she thought it was perfectly acceptable to mock Asians and told them to chill out and get a sense of humor. And her attack on Trump is all because he gave a young woman a second chance? Had she been a lesbian and been fired for her behavior, we would have seen this same tirade. It only matters if it suits Rosie's agenda.
43Bravo Padraigin!
I totally agree!
daisygirl
44Well, if you ask me, Donald Trump saying Rosie O'Donnell is immoral just tells me that he's anti-gay. Rosie is in a committed longterm relationship that has built a solid family, and she's very family minded. There's nothing immoral about that. But if you have a problem with the fact that she's a lesbian, then you would call it immoral. So he showed his true colors on that topic without even realzing it.
That being said, he had a feud with Martha Stewart too, so he seems to like this sort of thing. And for a guy who likes to present himself as classy, he certainly gets down and dirty pretty fast in these little spats.
45I totally agree with what Pad said, too.
46I don't like either of them, but I am team Donald on this. Rosie shouldn't have said what she said. Yes, I think the Donald went a little overboard, but if she can't take the heat get out of the kitchen...in other words, if you can't take getting bashed back, don't start the bashin. If you are gonna start a fight, you gotta be prepared when people get nasty.
I'm all in.
47Hey Ima...technically anyone can sue if you go into a public forum and say bad things about them that aren't true...brit can sue over drug rumors, etc...even politicians can sue when their competition starts showing negative ads, if i understand it correctly, and from what I understand you can barely ever win a suit unless you aren't famous. Rosie can sue donald also. they could sue each other and break even lol.
I'm all in.
48What Pad said.
Unless there was more to his interview than this clip, I didn't hear Donald call Rosie immoral. His actual comments were softer than some of the comments about him here.
49cravinsugar, good point...they could sue each other.
I'm picking the lesser of two evils so,
I'm team Donald, too. lol
