Shia LaBeouf looked all fancy from the waist up for NYE this year. We like the swanky tie and jacket combo but the black jeans just confuse us and this isn’t the first time he’s pulled off this combo. It’s a shame he couldn't find the time for a quick shave before hitting the clubs in LA on Monday night but at least it looks like he managed to behave himself this time around. As much as we all love that mugshot, we wouldn't want to see him in rehab anytime soon. Shia was the guy most of you wanted to ring in the New Year with, but it looked like he decided to fly solo this year.

18He's cute! I love the vest with pants look. It's put together and casual at the same time. He's almost hipster, but not quite.
The only thing I would have changed is the jacket. It looks like it's from one of his suits. He needs a jacket in a more casual fabric - like a thin wale corduroy or something.
I'm sort of eh on facial hair in general, but it makes him look older.
19I saw the tmz clip of this on perez, after the photos were taken shia ran like the wind. I found that kinda amusing, usually celebrities play it cool when the paparazzi hound them. Interesting that he was camera shy enough to sprint away. The out of shape paparrazi didn't stand a chance.
