Mandy Moore hosted a NYE party in Miami at The Raleigh Hotel on Monday night. She was joined by a Carrie-less-Chace Crawford with his new BFF JC Chasez and Dax Shepard (with what looks like no Kristen Bell in site). Mandy has always been one of our favorite starlets for being wholesome, smart and sweet. Hopefully things will remain that way in 2008 but word is she was so sexed up on NYE and all the men took notice. Apparently Mandy turned up the heat in her hot little pink dress so much so that Brody Jenner and BFF Frankie Delgado were staring at the starlet all night and even followed her out at the wee hours of the event.
