Britney Spears and her boys rang in the new year with a quiet night away from LA and the club scene. While that's far better than last year when she passed out while hosting a party in Vegas, it wouldn't be Britney without a little questionable behavior. Also joining the pop star and her boys was Adnan Ghalib, the married paparazzo that Britney recently befriended. Ugh, he seems a bit sleazy, but it's better than being out partying. So tell us — is this the sign of a better 2008 for Britney?

And I hate it for her, but even if he is separated, he's legally married to someone else, which means not single. Her bringing this guy around her boys does not get her point one with me. Those babies need stability, and someone who truly cares about their well-being, not "Mommy's trying to stay in the spotlight."
