I might be wrong, but this seems to be the first big "party" she has been too. If she can't handle 1 party, I don't really have much hope for her. She should have brought her sponsor or a friend to lean on in such an tempting environment...that seems pretty obvious if she was taking it seriously.

I don't think she ever got over her drug/alcohol abuse. She just got better at hiding it from the cameras.

But in her own pressured conscious to be in the public eye constantly, she's more capable of screwing up than keeping it together.

This should not be a surprise to anyone at all. There were rumors the second week she got out of rehab that she was back to drinking. Most of the public is so naive. She did not go to rehab to change her life. She went to change the public's perception of her and save what is left of her career. She is just like Britney; selfish, self-destructive, and attention starved. I am also willing to bet she never stopped doing drugs either. Face the facts she loves partying and sleeping with as many men she can get her hands on. She is gross and trashy; just like Paris and Britney.

Out of all the fallen starlets (Paris, Brit, Lindsey, Misha, Nicole Ritchie), I feel like Lindsey is the only one who is actually genuinely talented.

But there are soooooo many incredibily talented folks out there...if she doesn't appreciate the opportunities she is given, I am all for giving someone else a shot. Lindsey is easily replaced.

Thanks KiDoe! I cannot believe that more people do not. By the way, she probably already has quite a few STDs. The way these celebs sleep around with each other, I am pretty sure it is a common thing to get.

I really hate that we feel as though we have a right to judge others (particularly ppl we don't know). So many "regular" people go through the same problems. She has so much more on her shoulders with EVERYONE watching her. Although it may not be an excuse per say, let her be and just hope she is able to break out of this self-abusive cycle.

there is a huge difference between alcohol and cocaine, which was her biggest problem. when they start to have photos and videos of her doing lines and coming out of clubs with pupils the size of saucers, that's when we need to start worrying again.

It's hard to say whether she'll succeed but I can tell you that sobriety is NOT easy! I wish her lots of luck!

I hate to break this to you but I nor anyone is judging anybody. Lindsay Lohan begs the paps to take her picture wherever she goes. She makes statements to the public about her sobriety when it is obviously a bunch of bullsh*t. You do not have to judge her; just let her actions and the pictures to prove her actions speak the truth. I would love to let her be, but she is an attention wh*re and she begs the paps to follow her every move. You cannot escape her!

One of the 1st things you learn in AA is to stay the f*ck away from temptation. It you aren't around them, you won't be tempted to slip up. Alcoholics can drink. Ever. No matter what day it is. This stupid twit doesn't give a sh*t about sobriety

I am not exactly her biggest fan by any means, but I kinda see what her rep is saying. Many people who are trying to sober up fall off the horse a couple times in the early process. The difference is they don't have the whole world watching and judging them.

Has she really tried to sober up? Who knows. Honestly, for whatever reason, I do want to see her get back on track. I hope she can clean up. She actually has some real talent as an actress.

At this point she seems totally disgusting. Fooling around with multiple men she just met...gross. These men should be afraid of what they might catch. The partying is totally expected.

i don't think she ever got 'off' her previous spiral. i think the rehab business was all for show. she clearly was focused on only one thing there: replacing the boozing and drug using with sex, so of course she's not going to get better!
