And I hope the judge makes her pay ALL of Kevin's legal bills in the future, since all of her game playing is causing them to be much higher. So far, Kevin has had to pay tens of thousands of dollars in legal bills himself.

I have always been a fan of Brit, but man I am starting to give up on her.....

She's playing avoidance games. First with the drug tests and now with the depo. They had to cut it short because she showed up at 11:30 when the depo was scheduled to be over at 11:45. People have other things scheduled so they can't just do the depo for two hours whenever she decides to show up. Another one has been scheduled. She'll do this again so she can keep saying that she showed up so she doesn't have to face any sanctions.

There very well may be video in the room. But we'd never see it. It's not all that uncommon for depositions to have a videographer. But generally, no, it's just the court reporter. I'm sure KFed's atty will give up the juicy details any moonute... he likes to do that.

I don't know what's going on with this girl, but it's sad. I feel for her kids and for her whenever she stops playing games and has to face what her life has really become. I really just hopes she turns it around before she kills herslef or hurts someone permanently

i must say she looked hot in that dress go to x17.com trust me she looks good and kevin's lawyer says she was okay and did not make any fuss and i think she is turning around and i don't see nothing wrong with the dress just praise the lord she did not wear a short outfit or those creepy boots could i hear a AMEN anyways at least she showed up and according to x17 the deposition was postponed!and that she looked determine go brit love yaa!

Maybe it's just me but I don't think that dress is as bad as described. Is it bright? Sure. Does it have a lower back? Yep, but it's not completely backless. And it's not short and she's not hanging out of the top of it or anything.

The dress is backless down to the waist. There is a narrow band up near the neck, then the whole back is open. How much below the waist does it have to go before the fans consider it backless?

It was a completely inappropriate outfit to wear for a legal proceeding and probably would not have been allowed, had this been in the courthouse, because they enforce a dress code.

Of course she picked the brightest color she could to make sure she stood out for those photo ops. Notice everyone else is wearing jackets? Because it's in the low 60s today in Century City with rain expected.

But the big tuft of hair sticking straight up from the top of her head in some pictures is kind of priceless.

She showed up looking like she was going to a club (not a good start) and well, this is about getting her kids back yet she doesn't seem to care in the least bit. It's apparent that she doesn’t want them back. If I could see my child for ONE day I would go crazy. I just feel remorseful for the boys. When they get older they will be able to read about all of this and that's just sad as hell.

I'm in love with her shoes. The rest....not so much. If (big IF) the dress wasn't backless and possibly a different color it might be appropriate...in my mind!

I agree with you bransugar79, it's just so sad. When you look at her now, you just think, "What a mess". But it's so sad to think of what she once was, and it's mostly sad to think that there are two little boys that are going to grow up and at some point see all this. Who knows what they will think about it all?!

i was chatting with some friends today and we decided that we don't think she'll make it through 2008. seriously, unless she gets her act together she's headed for jail, the mental ward, or the grave. yes that's harsh, but you gotta admit, probably true.

The BIGGER PICTURE...

For the past few months, she hasn't been able to see her children with out a monitor present. I don't see how she can drag her feet with the court proceedings, when it causes a delay in rejoining her with her children privately. I can't even fathom how disrupted the bonding process is with mother and children if they can't even be alone in the same room together.

If she loved her kids, she would have shown up early to the 1st deposition. Those poor boys...

Enough with the dress. Yes, it wasn't appropriate for a deposition, but look who we are discussing. So all she has to do is cover her privates and lose weight and all is well in your mind?

As Jillness pointed out...THE BIGGER PICTURE. Which I think her supporters still just don't get! She is a mother who has not shown that she is taking this seriously. These are her children! Her babies!!! Her second team of lawyers just requested to drop her because she continues to not take things seriously and doesn't show up to either pick up her children or show up at a deposition. This is all about the kids and what is best for them. It's not like she showed up late for a dress rehearsal (which she does as well). This is real life, real issues.

Do you fans and people that are still supporting her have parents? Did they treat you like she is treating her children? I really hope not. Being a parent, a mother, is a privilege, if Britney Spears is your role model then please don't have children.

Have you ever looked at the Team Britney MySpace page? They are doing fund raising to try and hire a plane to fly over her house with a banner on Mother's Day, to wish her a Happy Mother's Day. Of all the causes I would donate time and money to, that is not one. But there are fans working on that now.
