Well, well what do we have here? We had a feeling it wouldn't be long before we saw Matthew McConaughey shirtless in the new year. This time he dusted off his old Texas Longhorns swimsuit [1] to do a little stand up surfing [2] in Hawaii. It looks like Matthew has even chopped off his long locks and is sporting a new 'do.
