ICYMI, Britney Spears was rushed to the hospital late last night [1] in the midst of a media circus after refusing to turn her boys over to Kevin after her visit with them was over. She is being held for 72 hours for mental evaluation, but the latest is that she wasn't under the influence, as was originally suspected.
