We love hot Jared Leto but the most recent version of the rocker has not been our favorite. We personally prefer him as an actor but we know there are many of you who love him in his new role so we know you are not only wishing him a happy birthday but you may even be headed to Miami. Q-Tip hosts at the Shore Club for the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio and Tyson Beckford. Wilmer Valderrama will ring in the New Year at Mansion with live performances by DJ AM and Travis Barker. And Kristin Cavallari and James Franco party down the block at Prive.
Now Leo and James Franco are the ones I care about. Maybe I should have headed to Miami this winter.

ugh who wrote this, Kristen Cavalari is so not an a-lister try d-lister. Shes a reality tv actress I mean that just screams D-lister.
