Mr. Blackwell rolled out his 48th Annual Worst-Dressed Women List today with Victoria Beckham, Amy Winehouse, Mary-Kate Olsen, Fergie, and Kelly Clarkson making the top five. If you're wondering about the absence of his usual target, Britney, he added a disclaimer saying that he didn't feel right including her this year considering her personal life. 1I disagree with all of those except for winehouse.
2The only one I agree with is Posh, She's ridiculous. Winehouse only gets votes because she wears the SAME style all the time, and Clarkson because she doesn't always flatter her curves, but Posh is truly a disaster.
...and in my book, the Olsens can do no wrong because they make up their own rules and aren't even playing the same game as everyone else.

12the only ones i agree with completely is amy and kelly. the rest may have bad days, but aren't daily fashion disasters. they simply have their own style and stick to it, without much thought to fashion trends.

17There's definitely worse dressers, but I think it also has to do with volume of exposure and consistency of the bad dressing - so I definitely agree with his choices! And good for him for leaving Britney alone.

23I am so glad that somebody credible thinks Posh is badly dressed. I never got the allure with her fashion sense. Just because you have $$$ to invest in the "it" bag and shoes and you wear tight dramatic clothes does not mean you have style in my eyes. Where's the creativity in her clothes? Not to mention she dresses totally inappropriate sometimes for where she is going. I don't mind her as a person though, she can be cute, and I think she probably is a good mom.

Great point! Amy is in way more trouble than Brit, too. Has Britney ever gotten into a bloody fight while shooting drugs that resulted in razor slashes that require stitches?
26Amy might dress better if she could think well enough and wasn't trashed all the time. I don't really like the way that Fergie dresses, but I also think she looks like an old lady. Kelly doesn't dress for her body type and Posh and Mary-Kate are on very different level. I was shocked to see them on this list.

35Mary-Kate isn't very "mainstream" with how she dresses so I understand why people would put her on this list, but in high fashion she's pretty well received... I think she just does what she wants, and props for that.

38not a fan of Posh's style....it's way too matching items and uncomfortable looking. Plus she always looks the same, maybe not the same clothes but deffo the same style and way she puts it all together.

46I think Amy Winehouse has quite a cool sense of style normally - the picture used there was snapped by a pap outside her house when she got up to investigate a noise outside (wonder what it was.....)
47Her clothes, not the big hair and track-marks! But blackwell has it right otherwise me thinks. Everyone complaining about Posh being on the list should wonder that sometimes adhering TOO much to the current trends can still look uncool.
48Mary-Kate and Amy deserve that title but the other three are GREAT compared to the other two!
49Top 5 sort-of, although sometimes MK gets it right and although Fergie on the whole dresses awful I can think of worse.
