Urg I feel her pain with people suing. I was in an accident when i was 16 and 23 months later (they have up to 24 months) they sued for personal/emotional damages. It should all be taken ncare of through her insurance company though...

I don't feel bad AT ALL for her with the lawsuit thing. I can not believe that she was not in jail longer for running red lights, going 100 mph, running over a man's foot, hijacking someone's car, and threatening these women's lives. I mean really, aren't our laws there to keep people like that off the street?
