Hilary Duff has been relaxing in LA, with a stop at Baskin-Robbins on Tuesday and a night out with pals on Wednesday. She didn't seem too bummed that her hockey player boyfriend was elsewhere, as she had so much fun at dinner that she had trouble keeping her eyes open afterward. Celebration is in order for Hilary, as she just finished working on two movies, and she's traveling with a driver. Smart girl!

That does not just mean she is merely "smart" for having a driver... it also means she is not a narcisstic hollywood celebutante who thinks the world's rules/laws/common sense etc dont apply to her.
