Hilary Duff has been relaxing in LA, with a stop at Baskin-Robbins on Tuesday and a night out with pals on Wednesday. She didn't seem too bummed that her hockey player boyfriend [1] was elsewhere, as she had so much fun at dinner that she had trouble keeping her eyes open [2] afterward.
