Rachel Bilson must have an appreciation for irony, because in an interview with Playboy magazine she opened up about her strong feelings about never going nude on film. Interesting forum, no? R-Bils also talked a little about her admiration of that maybe-boyfriend Hayden and waiting her turn in Hollywood. Here's more:
- On nudity: "Movies can be sexy or sexual without showing things...It's almost a deal breaker. [The Last Kiss] was rated R, and they like to put in nudity wherever they can, but I'm pretty strong willed and believe it can be avoided."
- On Hayden: He's an amazing guy and a fantastic actor... In those Star Wars movies I thought other people — people who are successful and Oscar-nominated — came off looking much worse than he did. But he caught a lot of s--t, which really made me mad."
- On the jobs she wants: "The roles I want usually go to Kirsten Dunst, Keira Knightley, Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman or Kate Bosworth — even though I look younger or older than a few of them. I understand they were once where I am now, and my ultimate goal is to get to that point. Hopefully, I'll achieve it, but you never know."
She may not be removing her clothes on screen, but she's all about taking off her jeans these days. Sad face that she doesn't get the parts she wants but maybe Jumper will catapult her into the league she wants to be in. Our girl wasn't the star of The O.C. for nothing.

4Hayden Christenson was NOT GOOD in the Star Wars films. He was the weak link. I just don't see the appeal of her. She's cute, but she's nowhere near in the same league as Keira Knightley or Natalie Portman acting-wise.

And I'm sorry, Hayden and Natalie were both horrible in the Star Wars movies (especially the 3rd one) but that mostly because of their sappy dialogue. They have acted MUCH better in other films.

34If she's talking about Natalie Portman, she's dead on. Natalie Portman turns in the worst perfomances in the Star Wars movies, and possibly some of the worst performances of all time. She is literally painful to watch in those movies. She ruined them for me. Someone with similar looks and much more charisma would have been preferable, like Keira Knightly or Rose Byrne (Brad Pitt's GF in Troy) who both played Natalie's handmaidens at different points in the movies. As for Hayden, yes he was a whiny little b**** in the movies. But some people never understood that his character was SUPPOSED to be like that. He was supposed to be a bratty entitled kid, and he did a fine job with it. He's not supposed to be likable, he turns out to be Darth Vader for godsakes.
35Oh yeah and as for Rachel's looks, I find her to be much better looking than both Natalie Portman and Kate Bosworth, out of the actresses listed in the article. And you know what, Kirsten Dunst as well, actually, although Kirsten certainly does have the charisma factor onscreen that Natalie and Kate lack. Keira Knightly and Natalie Portman look alot alike, except Knightly is prettier and more exotic looking, while Portman is much more plain Jane looking to me. Keira is also more charismatic and a much better actress, which is why Natalie will deservedly lose out in the long run.
