People was the first to report that Nicole Richie gave birth to a baby girl today at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. She and Joel named their first born Harlow Winter Kate Madden, who came in at 6 lbs and 7 oz. Their rep says that baby Harlow is already back at home with Nicole and Joel. We can't wait to see their precious little one. Congratulations to the new family!
