While Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman are enjoying their first full day with little Max Liron Bratman, her fans aren't far from her thoughts. Her website was updated with some blue balloons for their bouncing baby boy as well as a personal message and video from Christina herself. She put together a new video for her ballad "You Save Me From Myself" complete with some really sweet footage from her and Jordan's wedding. Cute way to say hello to all the fans sending her well wishes and congrats from all around the world. Can't wait to see the baby! Here's what Christina had to say:
Dear fans,
Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.
In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song "Save Me From Myself" off my Back to Basics album. This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!
Just a little something to say "thank you" for your undying love and support. It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!

Not only does she have an amazing voice but I like it when celebrities, who are blessed with so much, realize it and share their realization of it with the public. The public that, as Christina so wonderfully puts it is such a huge part of why she can live "such a blessed and wonderful life". She truly sounds like she appreciates her fans, and although I admittedly haven't followed her career, from what I've seen, she's always been that way. She had an extremely rough childhood, and she strives to empower women, girls, etc. Congratulations to Christina and her husband on the birth of their baby boy!!

43All right. I haven't been much of a fan of Christina Aguilera. Her music just didn't appeal to me, nor did her image. But in recent years she's been changing both her image and her music and I've slowly been warming to her. Certainly, I've thought recently, "Wow, she's got some really great pipes!"
Hearing this song, I'm now fully converted. And the message she posted along with the video (aside from the fact that she used "I" when she should have used "me") was really sweet and thoughtful, and graciousness like that is lovely to behold.
