i've never had a problems with Sheryl Crow, except that she really really has a poor/weak voice and should NOT sing. I hope she does well though re the breast Cancer AND stupid Lance. He clearly isn't right and it's better to find out before rather than AFTER you're married.

In Lance's defense (sort of), Sheryl started dating him before he and his wife filed for divorce, so I'm not sure she could really expect totally fidelity from him.

But, anyhow, he had cancer and recovered while he was with his wife - it wasn't actually Sheryl that stood by him while he was sick. And didn't they break up *before* she found out she had breast cancer? If not, that's pretty crappy of him. He should have known what a diagnosis like that is like.

Anooshka - I couldn't agree more about Sheryl's voice! There are some songs that I like, but for the most part I could never understand why she was given so much credit for her vocal talents. But of course I wish her well in her continued recovery!

i don't really know the time line of when he started dating sheryl and the wife-but he did break up with sheryl before she found out about the cancer-which was two weeks after the b reakup-regardless of the times, he isn't the greatest husband/boyfriend material in town

Cheryl Rocks. She's been belting out great songs for a long time. I caught her on SNL when she was on with Lance and she was really good. I like her last album.

Lance is not a good man. He left his wife and kids after they stood through his cancer when he got super successfull. Who knows what he did to Cheryl.

Now I love the fact that he is the most awesome cyclist that ever lived. I wonder if all of the doping scandals are true. I like to think that he won fair and square, but the rumors have been dogging him for years.

I have also heard that he never sees his kids unless it is at some public appearance.

Ya, I like Sheryl Crow also. I think he came into her life when he was rebounding from his ex wife, I also think as a shy, standoff-ish athelete he couldn't handle all that spotlight and when he thought about it, it made him run ... It's very sad ... It's sad that he has already moved on as well. I think Lance is a bit selfish. He traveled his entire career, then he retires and leaves his wife and kids ...
