We know that LL spent the long NYE weekend hanging with Scott Storch in South Beach and is apparently doing well staying sober. She was spotted at Miami club Mokai walking around with a can of Red Bull. Apparently she also no longer tolerates the drunken behavior of her friends and even got in an argument with Joe Francis because he was having too much fun hitting on girls. Here's more:
One source said Lindsay was sitting with Francis until he started having too much fun "hitting on girls." Evidently the antics did not sit well with Lohan. "Lindsay gave him a piece of her mind - they had to be physically pulled apart," we're told. Then she went to sit with Butter co-owner Richie Akiva. Later, spies said, she joined up with her new best friend, Scott Storch, and they "sat together and text-messaged each other." The spat with Francis didn't ruin Lohan's holiday. She was spotted at the Delano Thursday with "a whole new entourage" and "spent yesterday tanning with all her friends in her bungalow." Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, said, "There was no fight with Joe Francis, and they are friends."

9I was going to say that I liked the outfit but then I saw a side view.. eh ok. It looks like the belt is on backwards or something. And blood red nail polish doesn't go with out pink and black patent.. other than that an overall improvement from Lohan.
10I think part of my issue with her is that I just don't think she's pretty. Even at the height of her attractiveness, when she looked clean and healthy and happy, I didn't think she was that good looking.
But yes, there's much improvement. Just wiping that b*tchy look off her face and showing us a smile is an improvement in itself.

18OK, Who the heck does she think she is getting mad at her freinds for having a good time? She is the one with a drinking problem so if she doesn't like it maybe she should have stayed home... The outfit is hideous and the color of her skin is just putrid - get off the self tanners!!
19I have heard from some buddies that they have seen her drinking still, but she just doesn't get her own drink. They even reported it in the 'party girl" section on the E! website.
I think that "sober" phase is just for good publicity.
And even though she is super skinny, I don't think the dress is flattering to her thighs.
20First of all, she's underage!!! She should have been arrested long ago for underage drinking and placed on probation...if she continued to drink, arrest her and throw her in jail!!!
Secondly, I'm not convinced she's not still drinking. If she had such a horrible time and was truly and alcoholic I find it very hard to believe that after a few AA meetings she is almost cured and can walk around clubs without drinking...Which reminds me...she shouldn't even be admitted to these places under 21...I am not putting the blame on club owners, but they should really start following the rules like every other club is supposed to!
21I didn't even think a/b that, Sarah...I remember being 20 and hanging at the bar with my friends and even though I was sober-cab, they made me leave at 9 (as MN law states) - sometimes 10 if I knew the people working. It's just good measure for the club so they don't get ticketed for serving minors. Even if someone else buys your drink, the bar/club owner will still be held responsible for not ensuring all customers are of age.
22I like the color of her dress. I sort of sympathize with her annoyance at being the sober one. Sometimes when you're the only one not drinking it's hard to be patient with all the drunk people.
23Her legs look out of porportion in that second pic. I would like to hear stories about LL adopting a child, or getting married, or walking around in the park with her family. Not about her parting. It's getting old and boring now.

32All of you are full of it. Have you been to a college campus or bar or club? Club owners know people are underage and let them in anyways. Don't kid yourselves. The only difference is that she will be photographed committing a crime whereas people her age have the anonymity: they aren't known so there's no way to tell if they're underaged. I'm 24 so I haven't been out of college too long. I assure you that she isn't doing anything special by drinking underage. The legal and other repercussions are up for discussion. The fact that everyone does it doesn't make it okay, but you people act like she's doing something unheard of.
Anyway, she looks nice though her face looks a tad bloated. Love the color of that dress.
