Tara Reid was one of the top makeovers of 2006 and she carried that title with her into the New Year. The actress was all smiles (and covered up nicely) at a party she hosted in Chicago this weekend. Now she needs to focus on 2007 being a career comeback year for her. Good luck Tara.

As for looking old, I think it's the heavy black eye make-up contrasted to the bright blond hair that makes her look older and a little harsh. Britney did a similar hair & make up combo for NYE and she looked older than her years too. Pamela Anderson is looking a lot younger with her fresher make-up on NYE.
