Just another day in the life of Ashley Tisdale — food shopping and gym going — while tweens (and their parents) everywhere got the not-surprising news that High School Musical 3 is coming to the big screen with the whole gang signed on. Disney promises to have a few tricks, and of course new musical numbers/dance moves, up its sleeve to keep it interesting, but something tells me that even without any surprises kids will be lining up at the box office for that one. Unfortunately, her co-star Zac Efron can't celebrate the big news just yet — he was admitted to Cedars-Sinai today for an emergency appendectomy (according to his rep he's recovering just fine). Maybe Tis can bring in her fashionable cutie pup to help cheer him up.

1she doesn't need to go to the gym!!! she is skinny. Ashley should visit zac to make sure he is ok
2She pro could not visit him,until he had his makeup on ...I always thought she was like 16 or 17,but she is really 22.I could not believe that.
3I remember her saying how she would like to have more curves....so I do not get why she continues to workout so much...she is already really skinny. If she put on little bit of weight maybe she would get some of the curves she wants.
4working out is to stay fit and be healthy, not just lose weight. i think she looks great. i wish women could support each other rather than trash different body types. just like the saying "real women have curves". so what are the rest of the female population fake women?
5That is not what I meant by what I said. I do not mean curves as in someone like America Ferrera, not that anything is wrong with her body, I just meant that Ashley Tisdale said she wanted more curves as in boobs and butt. I was not trashing her body, I just think that if she did not work out so much and put on a little more weight she could get the body type she wants.
6I agree, licketysplit. Why does it have to be that all size zeros are unhealthy or have problems? People come in all shapes and sizes. That's just how Ashley is, and that doesn't make her a bad person. If she was plus sized would you be criticizing her appearance? Ashley and I are very similar in body types so I know what she's going through. And it can be just as hard for someone to gain weight as is for someone to lose weight. Please don't be judgmental. Thank you.

9So I have friends who have worked with her and she is 100% anorexic. Apparently, she is 5' 6" or so and weighs like 90 lbs.

14Why is going to the gym a bad thing if you're trying to stay healthy? Who's to say she is just going there to lose weight?
Personally, I find I gain weight when I go to the gym as a result of gaining muscle, plus I gain "curves" aka toning as a result of working out.
Now if only more people would hit the gym instead of being lazy and sitting in front of the TV/computer etc.

I don't think she's too skinny. She looks healthy to me. You can tell by looking at her arms. People who don't eat enough have incredibly emancipated forearms.
