George Clooney has been racking up some nice honors for his title role in Michael Clayton. For those of you who missed it the first time around, now's your chance to be swooned. George's movie will be re-released thanks to all the award nominations and recent buzz. Clooney was solo again in NYC but since Sarah was clinging on to him at the National Board of Review gala the other night, we bet she's just busy buying a new dress to do it up big at the SAG Awards. You can get in on the fun too by filling out a SAG Awards ballot for a chance to win a year of Netflix!
Along with all the acting recognition Clooney has been receiving he also was just named a U.N. "messenger of peace." Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced the honor thanking George for all his efforts with Darfur and for bringing awareness to "crucial international political and social issues." Funny how life imitates art with this Peacemaker.
