I believe Tom has custody and he and Katie are at most of the soccer games for his other two kids ... he is very involved. Moreso than the adopted mother, Nicole.

Apparently (I got this from dlisted so you don't know how factual it is , but maybe), anyway apparently Tom's other kids live with his sister - weird when they do have 2 parents around... but nice to see Connor finally.

Nicole has said that Tom has custody, and that they are being raised as Scientologists. Personally I feel that Tom keeps her from her kids, there is something fishy about the whole thing.

Gregg, I agree with you- I think Tom wrote out how that divorce would go down and she had little choice. AND, it will be the same for Katie holmes at the 9 years and 7 month mark- He won't stay married to her for 10 years, she'd get too much then.

Ok, ok ... Sorry about the adoptive term, but I do think it's funny that Nicole is the mother, when in reality, Katie is more of the mother ... or at least present a lot more ... I do belive there is something fishy and he keeps those kids from her ... He is a bit controling, anal, arogant and freakish.

I also think that Tom and Katie's reps read the blogs, because anyone ever notice that when people start to talk about what they don't like about them or what is bothering people about Tom and Katie all the sudden there is a photo op that goes against what people are saying. For example this past week every blog has mentioned Connor and Isabella and wondering where they are, now there is a picture of Tom and Connor together.

TruJrzyGirl, as far as we know, Nicole is still very much involved in her children's lives. Apparently they spent the summer with her. It's just that she tries to make sure they don't get photographed all the time (which presumably also is why there weren't that many pictures of them when they were younger) and, of course, they do live with the Cruises most of the time, being homeschooled by Tom's sister.

Seeing Katie more often (which, like Madchen said, hasn't actually happened in a LONG time) doesn't equate her being with them more often. Tom's always been more of a photo-op kinda guy, and Nicole's always been more private.

I agree with you whatever100, what 13 year old would want to get dressed in a suit and tie and go to dinner for his birthday?? I mean it goes to show that he plays the part of a good dad, but a good dad would have been doing something his son wanted to do.

Nicole may not be for photo ops, but I have read her saying that she does not get to see them often, and did not really want to go into anymore. I really do not think she gets to see them as much as she would like, and I think that is Toms doing. He is so disturbing. I can't wait for Mad MOney to come out so that we can be relieved of this Tom and Katie overload.

I don't think that Nicole has control over how often she sees her children. I think the fact that they are Scientologists and she isn't might have created a wall in between them.

TC didn't go to college himself, what about his sister?
The two kids are home-schooled by her, I am wondering how qualified she is.
Do they really learn anything other than the COS fiction at home?
Can she teach them high school materials? Such as geometry, algebra or even biology and chemistry?

Nicole is not a Scientologist, and the "church" has very strict rules about seeing any so-called suppressive people (non-believers). She's probably been somewhat cut off from the kids since she's Catholic and they're being raised in the cult.

This morning on my drive to work, I heard the review or introduction of MM from the local radio.
The host and his guests only mention the name of the movie, the rest of the time they're were talking about how creepy TC and his COS is.
If I were KH's co-stars, I must be totally pissed.

I dont see Katie as a good actress she did okay on dawsons creek, but everything outside of it has been "eh" not so much. I am glad she is off of Batman, and Maggie is in.

What a good radio interview. Way better than her TV interviews. She seems way more relaxed and comfortable.
