Teri may have had a second coming since she became a desperate housewife, but she claims she continues to live the simple life. She makes it sound like fame has not gotten to her head. She even plays around with the paparazzi by teaching her daughter Emerson Rose how to deal with them. She says:

"I think I live a very under-the-radar life. I still live in the same house. I still drive the same car. I get up, take my daughter to school, come home, have a shower, and go to work. Then I try to be home to cook dinner. "That doesn't change, no matter what magazine cover I'm on or what country the show is on in around the world."
It's good that Teri is trying to keep things in perspective but for some reason when she says stuff like this it just annoys me. No normal person does a magazine cover or has to teach her kid how to turn the cameras on the paparazzi. Maybe in LA that may seem like the norm. For more pics just read more
how funny! these pictures and this story makes me like her.
1That can't be her real hair. Her hair looked so thin. What is that? That can't be real.
2She bugs me as well, I did like her on Superman though, now she's just anorexic and ugly...
3That's cool, I would probably be the same way if I was famous.
4As I keep looking at those pics..her hair just looks fake. You can't grow that much hair in a few months. Seriously, if you watch the show..her hair is quite thin. And here it's much thicker. Does every actress have fake hair now? What is up?
5anorexic? she doesn't look like it at all. she looks pretty normal and healthy to me. kate bosworth on the other hand...
6I would tend to say it is her real hair. I think on the show they probably flat iron it, at least it looks like it. My hair is fairly thick, but if it is straightened, it looks really really thin. But I could be completely wrong.
7she needs about 10 lbs. and it's a shame that she lost it all in her chest. if you ever see her in that seinfeld episode, they really were "real and spectacular!!" she was healthy and volumptuous back then. now she just looks too skinny.
8sarah... i agree. Mine is exactly the same way. It looks like she just blow dryed it out - i think it looks great. Plus, if it wasn't her real hair, I don't think she'd have the "frizzies" going on up top.
9That's one cute kid, too.
I love how she responded. As much as we support it, it would definitely suck to be followed around all the time - especially when you're with your kids. I'm glad she keeps her sense of humor.
10Teri seems naturally thin, but then I look at her in Superman and I KNOW her healthy weight should probably be 15-20 lbs more than it is currently
11I think it's funny. Her daughter is pretty.
12Her daughter is so cute, I hope she doesn't end up looking like her ugly mother as she grows up.
13Her daughter is a cutie , love her name to Emerson Rose
14The title of this story should have been "Teri says she's the same old.........scary starving sea hag"

Yeah!!!
haha ash! lol..but do like her...she seems down to earth
16She seems down to earth and I would LOVE to have her figure when I'm her age!
17Am I the only one who finds it annoying when celebrities think they are proving something by taking pictures of the paparazzi?
18Her daughter is so cute. I like her I think for being 40 she looks pretty good.
19Aaaah, a normal mother-daughter thing to do...
Me and my mom do it ALL the time
No but seriously, I think it's pretty funny... And I agree, I would love to look like that when I'm 40...
20But of course, I probably will

I like her - and I think her daughter's adorable!
By the way the Giggle Sugar add above FREAKS ME OUT!
21I love the name Emerson Rose. Whether you like her or not, Teri Hatcher is one celebrity who conducts herself responsibly and sets a good example for her daughter.
22cute.
23daughter's cute.
24mom's annoying.
I really don't like the name Emerson. It doesn't sound very feminine to me.
