Britney and Kevin headed back to court this morning for an emergency custody hearing. Britney requested it to ask for therapeutic visitation rights, and of course, showing up is a step in the right direction. Unfortunately, Brit never made it to the actual courtroom and had already left the building when Kevin was sworn in. Her lawyer said, "I don't know whether she'll be here or not. I don't want to delay the hearing." The hearing is supposedly already over, and although Kevin and Brit were not required to be there, it probably would have helped Britney's chances of gaining visitation rights if she actually stayed. Hmmm, I wonder what the judge will do now.
UPDATE: TMZ reports Britney will not receive the requested visitation rights and Kevin will remain with sole custody for now.

19i feel very bad for her. i see women abandon their responsibilities as mothers, and at one point they may even get it right. they realize that they have to be good parents but its starts with work on themselves. even if britney had of gone to court today, do you think the judge would give her any type of custody or visitation? she has to get her behavior together, stop the drinking and partying without panties and get rid of all the negative people in her life. its hard to do but it has to get done. her job is to be a mother and right now i don't feel she's doing her job. the kids are where they need to be.
