Hilary and Patrick celebrated the opening of their new film Freedom Writers last night in Westwood. In the film Hilary plays a teacher who attempts to breakthrough to her hardened students at a gang-infested Long Beach high school. Patrick Dempsey plays her husband. Freedom Writers is getting good reviews so far despite its formulaic premise. And Hilary should have no problem thanking her agent at CAA for setting her up with this great film - she's dating him!. We're sure to be seeing more of them together in 2007. The film opens today.

3This movie kind of reminds me of Dangerous Minds, but I want to see it anyways!
4she's not really that attractive, and neither is that dress.
5The movie is supposed to be pretty faithful to the journal entries that the kids actually wrote, so that should keep it a notch above the fictionalized classroom dramas. Still can't see Hilary in the lead, though, but I do plan to see it.

15Now SHE has the body I want. She's very long and lean, no bulkiness (read: Jessica Biel), and still very feminine.
