Brit's deposition is very slow going [1], according to Kevin's lawyers, which means Britney has a lot more questions to answer. In the meantime, she's busy using the pay phones (not sure what's wrong with the phone in her hand [2]) and shopping at Rite Aid with her old assistant, who we thought she just fired. It's hard to keep track anymore. Later that night she headed to 24 Hour Fitness at 1:30 a.m. to work out for two hours... because you know, that's normal. Apparently a much thinner Britney is working on something really special for her fans in her new video, "Hot as Ice."
