I was hoping her family would at least TRY to commit her. The first thing her mother did was going to the drug store with her to get more pills at 1am, she wont help her if she supports this crazy behavior, and supporting means always feeding it so it will grow even more. It seems that if the media didn't follow her every single minute of every day maybe some progress could be made. Yeah that Sam is a leech and that papparazzo boy probably is too. Mark Kaplan is one of the MOST highest paid attorneys in CA. Britney didn't tell Kevin to go out and get THE MOST expensive one. That's HALF A MILLION dollars people......they are pretty much using Britney, knowing what buttons to push to keep the bill running higher and higher. Kaplan is probably hoping she doesn't show up because that's just another $50,000 in his bank account for basically doing nothing.

If things like this weren't in place, then what would stop the richer parent from drawing out any custody case until the poorer parent can no longer afford to fight? Do people not suspect that Britney or any other rich person thinks their money can buy or influence everything, even court decisions? I feel there is a reason she has so little respect for the court that she shows up late and often not at all to fight for her children. She can't be bothered - that's what her money going to the lawyers is supposed to do.

desertbanshee,well at the time of the divorce( if media reports can be believed)there were rumors of kevin cheating( and with his track record he probably was)not only that from day one kevin was a moocher and he was in it for the money that's why he married her , that's why they have 2 boys now. Point is during the time of the divorce Kevin was not a good husband, any woman would have left him. He was gone all the time, and he wasn't working ( but was still on her payroll and anything he did get came from her, and still gets) so I don't really give Kevin credit like others do. Greggie, sure Britney does invite alot of the pap participation, but they would do it invited or uninvited,and they do. when they started following her heavily it certainly wasn't invited. For every papparazo she invites to hang out there are 20 to 30 more who don't get to go. There are many times they werent invited but invited or not. She lives in a fishbowl.I can't explain the crazy anymore than any one else. There is no way she enjoys that paparazzi attention every minute b/c it really is happening every minute. The day the whole police thing went down at her house, the day she shaved her head , those incidents didn't look to be invited, but that's just my take.

The divorce battle is over. I believe they both paid for their lawyers' fees for that fight but the custody battle is a different. Who is causing them to go to the extra court dates? Britney. That's why they are asking that she be made to pay for a certain period of time. Kevin will probably pay for what Kaplan had to do to prepare for the regularly scheduled court dates. The emergency hearings Kaplan had to be at because she called for them or were necessary due to her behavior should be at her cost.

Im sure it didn't just end at a text message. Chances are by the time that message was sent the marriage was already over.I wont say what Kevin or Britney deserve .
