After the SAGs, you guys were pretty convinced that Angelina is pregnant again, but she hasn't said anything yet. The latest rumor is that Angelina is looking to see if she can sell the confirmation and give the money to charity. We know that Angie was successful doing this with family photos, but this is a new idea. So tell us — is selling baby news for charity going too far?

OOO, I wonder how long this will stay 100% NO Hopefully forever. haha
They could just sit by and never confirm like lots of celebs these days.. if someone is willing to pay for it, why not? And especially when they are giving the profits to charity, go for it!
1These two just know how to play the game. That's all. If you know they're going to torment you till you squeal the news you might as well turn a profit for a good cause.
2it sounds more like a silyl rumor... however, money is going to charity if they are actually doing it.
However... this is lame.... I mean is she going to disappear for nine months or something?
3by selling their photos, stories, etc. they're incentive-ising the paparazzi to get more for free. they're perpetuating the cycle.
4I agree, tagen22. If they want to pay and it goes to charity, why not? But really, the mags can get the info for free when she starts showing.
kidding. i know everyone wants the exclusives
5well might as well take a piece of the cake too, if they are going to make money on their expenses
6I'm all for people in Hollywood for using their celebrity for good causes. I wish everyone who sold their stories actually used the money for charitable causes.
7it would be something like selling the announcement along with an interview... my money goes to that!
8She already announced it by wearing that tent to the awards show. I mean...DUH! Anyone who knows anything about Angelina Jolie, knows that she never wears anything remotely like that.
Still...if she can sell the news for charity...then why the heck not!
9i agree with Deba...she should do that. an announcement doesn't really sound worth all that money 2 me if she's just gunna be showing in a few months anyway.
10People do all sorts of things for charity. Personally, I think it's a BRILLIANT idea. As long as there are mags willing to pay it, why not? Everybody wins.
Just have to say I adore Brad and Angie. Love 'em!
11Its ridiculous but for a good cause so I am all for it
12Why to criticize them? There are lots and lots of stupid people in Hollywood who do it just to get richer themselves, then if there's a humanitarian act in the middle, it's just totally fine.
13Forgot to add. I love that pic posted above. Brad and Angie look so in love and just so in to one another.
Love 'em!
14Are you kiding me, she doesn't have to do anything if she doesn't want to, she could keep the world guessing for months, and keep her money. Or she can let the world in on her great news and donate a couple mil' to needy people. To me this is a no brainer... good job Angie!!
15If it's true that she is preggers and selling it-even for charity, I find that annoying. She is going to start showing, and the dress she wore was an obvious thing to keep people guessing. They are really starting to annoy me!
16the tabloids go too far every single day...
17I dont get how trying to use the annoying tabloids to get money for a charity is going too far. not one bit.
I think it's great! the paps are going to harass them for the info anyway, so if that's the case, at least someone will benefit from it. i definitely think it's a great idea to donate that money
18SHE'S ALREADY DONE THAT! LAST TIME SHE SOLD THE ANNOUNCEMENT AND PICS TO THAT DOMINICAN CHARITY. REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE ARTICLE??
19if the money is going to charity then thats good
20I don't think it's going to far♥
21I don't think there's anything wrong with this at all. If the media is WILLING and OFFERING to pay for the announcement, why not give it back to charity? It just shows how the Jolie-Pitts don't want all this media money for themselves, but want to invest it in the things they believe in, including poverty-stricken nations and world-aid relief organizations. I say why not?
22She knows the media circus that is her life. I think it is a smart move. I would love it if she donated it to a children's hospital
23I think this is a great idea. The mags make money off them all the time, why can't they turn and use it for some good? They're smart about how do these things.
24Just because you give the money to charity doesn't make it any less ridiculous.
25It's the way Brad and Angie have managed to make a "intolerable" situation into a positive one! Good for them!
26Kudos for her for continuing to remind people of the charities in need.
And Brad looks really nice there...
27No, not at at all. There was just an article about how Brit's exploits are making the tabloid industry rich. All these people capitalizing on her and she is not seeing a dime. I think that celebs should cash in when they can. And if it is for charity even better.
28I know this is not even the topic of this post but does anyone else notice the way Brad is looking at her? He looks like he's crazy about her, so happy!
29I wonder what country she's going to drag her Los Angeles Ob-GYN to, to deliver?
30i think it's admirable...good for them if they do that
31It is not going too far. They are hounded daily, I would make the paps and tabloids pay for any and all information. Hmmm he is looking at her like she is the only woman in the world. That's sweet.
32I think it's nice. These two know how to exploit themselves and their fame for good causes. Good for them.
33If you're going to say that it's rediculous to sell the story.....well then that's just as rediculous that someone would buy the confirmation too.....
34But I think if it's for charity, and someone's OK to pay for it, then why the hell not?
I agree, Renees!
Why should her personal/medical information be provided for free? Technically there should be no baby news, it's no one's business.
That's why people like Lily Allen have to play out a miscarriage in the public eye, because people do not know where to draw the line. So, I hope she makes the media pay well for their intrusiveness.
35If this is their plan, I think they're brilliant. They know that someone will pay lots to cover this story. So why not use the power they have for good? I say good for them!
36Why not utilize some money from the paparazzi and use it for good? I mean what is so annoying about taking money from the paparazzi (who are going to try to get this info anyway) and taking it to feed a starving child or house someone who is homeless or whatever other good cause is out there? What I find annoying is people who decide that just because they don't like Brangelina they would rather a kid go hungry so they don't have to be annoyed at hearing this kind of story.
37I'm happy for them. It's their choice.
38it is wonderful. it's a shame all that money that goes around for stories like this should just pad someone's pocket. now it can go to a good cause.
39WHO FLIPPING CARES, cant stand her love brad, shi and pax though
40I don't think that this qualifies as even being in the same ballpark as ridiculous. Personally I think it's obnoxious that it's even legal for people to get rich off of other people without having to fork out any portion of their profits.
For all I care Ang can use the money to build a house and burn it down the day it's finished. It's really sweet that it's for charity, but i think she deserves it just the same.
41Oh spare me with this unrelevant bull sh!t I won't even bother with the media wh**re and her lap dog today
42No. The money is going to charity.
43if its for charity... they can sell their saliva too.. find by me..
44These mags are going to make money off this anyway, but not take some of that money and use it for a good cause
45Totally obnoxious and self serving even with the money going to charity. I swear you'd think these two were royalty by the way everyone hangs on their every word and action.
46I think it is wonderful how Angie and Brad turn all the media attention that they get, which most celeb complain about, into something good. Kudos to them.
47if the money is for charity then ok.
48They have the power to change the world then go for it.
49I think it's obnoxious, personally, but if the mags are willing to pay for it, that's their own stupidity. Plus, if the J-P's are contacting the mags with this offer, even if in a hypothetical situation, wouldn't that pretty much be admitting that they had an announcement to make? As a magazine, I would then just report the offer and let the reader decide.
