Adele swept the 2012 Grammy Awards and while accepting the evening's biggest honor for album of the year, she got a bit emotional on stage. Adele gave a heartfelt acceptance speech after 21 was named album of the year, thanking a "rubbish relationship" for inspiration while she took the stage for the final award of the evening.
