After Video Evidence Emerges, Should LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Admit To Affair?

Yesterday, Us Weekly released an explosive new cover story claiming that LeAnn Rimes is having an affair with Eddie Cibrian. You all were pretty split on whether you were surprised by the rumors. LeAnn issued a vague non-denial, and her husband expressed his love for her via Twitter. Eddie, on the other hand, flat-out denied the affair. Now, Us has released the full video of the two out on a date where they are seen kissing multiple times and holding hands. The magazine also claims to have more photographic evidence and the signed receipt from dinner. Yesterday's screenshot was one thing, but this seems like much more damning evidence. So what do you think — should LeAnn and Eddie admit to having an affair?

I think its not right for the paps to be stalking people like that if its them and on the other hand I don't think its them coz if it was they would not kiss in public they know that some one might be watching they are stars for God sake they know they don't have any privacy and who knows maybe their partners know, maybe the are all secrectly divorced and are free to date other people.

i agree it's not obvious enough for me to believe it's them so i don't really think they need to address it. it's up to them to address it in a way they feel is appropriate.

I don't give two hoots, but this sort of thing makes me so grateful I'm not famous. I wouldn't give up my anonymity for any amount of money in the world. Look at what they do to you! It's straight out of "1984"!

Security cameras are not what I'm referring to as Orwellian. The fact that this video tape, which is supposed to be utilized for security reasons, is used to expose a private matter (cheater or not) is what's creepy. It's rather off that it was handed over to a tabloid and is being used as evidence of an intimate affair (pun intended) between two people whether they are celebrities or not. If they weren't celebrities it would really put the publicizing of a private matter into a scary perspective. If there was a shooting it'd be totally appropriate to show the face of the shooter to the public... but this is just taking a bit too far... The lengths the mags go to are ridiculous.

Most businesses (stores, restaurants, etc.) have security cameras, so I'm not really sure what everyone thinks is so shocking about this footage. And I also think it's undeniably them...you don't necessarily need to see someone's face in perfect clarity to identify them.As far as this poll and what they should or shouldn't do, that's really none of our business. It's unfortunate when marriages fail, especially when there are children involved, but it's really not our place to pass judgment.

Doesn't even look 100% like them. They have to be pretty stupid to walk into a public place holding hands and then kiss with people at the table right next to you.I guess I would think they would have more common sense.

If it is them....I don't get why they would be kissing and touching like that in such a public place. They had people sitting right near them. Why would they take the chance of someone recognizing them. I don't get it.

No, the video is not creepy. Since the camera is there for safety reasons. What is creepy is having people that doesnt know them trying to dig up anything in their private life and expose it. Anyhoo, the affair has no impact with either of their careers. It's not like they're disney role models making racist eyes as "funny faces". So whatever let them make their own decisions.

the video is NOT creepy, almost every street has security cameras as well as every restaurant. Someone that works in the restaurant (maybe their waitress) told the manager and he probably sold it to US Weekly. I'm sure US magazine knew the consequences if they were incorrect.

Yeah, like we've never heard this before LOL.I'm not surprised if she's cheating on her husband (a beard many has said) with another dude who has a wife and kids. This actually reminds me of that couple Tori Spelling and Dean-something, didn't they also meet at some Lifetime tv movies set?

They can't deny it. I feel bad for the wife of the guy, he has kids involved. Leanne is married but has no kids. So Leanne needs to butt out of that marriage. I like to think that among us women there is usually respect for a man whose married with children, I definately do. Those that don't are just trashy.

True, as others said the couple could be anyone really. Regardless is a scary invasion of privacy. If this actually is LeAnne and Eddie...it would be sad if this did break up their respective marriages. At the same time I think it is difficult to judge the situation...we don't really know what might be going on between them or their partners.

The video surveillance is there to protect the restaurant, this is not a case of big brother spying on them. These two should know better than to be out in public kissing ANYWHERE and I don't think Leanne would use something as shameful as this as a publicity stunt. People are so selfish, for gods sake keep it in your pants when there are other people involved....especially children!
