Of course, models look amazing on the runway, but it's their off-duty street styles that we really love to see. Each girl has her own aesthetic, and we love them all for different reasons. We can thank Kate Moss for proving that leopard goes with everything. We count on Miranda Kerr to sport sneakers (or just about anything) in the chicest way possible, and we look to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for her effortlessly styled layers. As always, Alessandra Ambrosio puts a sexier spin on casual cool, and Gisele Bündchen makes even jeans and t-shirts look high-fashion. There's more inside — like Cara Delevingne's punky Brit-girl style and Karlie Kloss's take on the classics — so keep clicking to see all our favorite models and their top street-style moments this year.
Yesterday's LA premiere for Monsters University was full of more famous tots than a Hollywood playground. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale walked the blue carpet with their sons, Kingston and Zuma, while Alessandra Ambrosio modeled alongside her adorable daughter, Anja. Melissa Joan Hart also dropped by the bash with her son, Tucker, whom she carried into the premiere. The kid-friendly bash also drew stars from the film like Billy Crystal, Sean Hayes, and Charlie Day, who told us earlier this week that he is happy to be doing a project that "won't embarrass his parents." Check out our interview with Charlie Day, and be sure to watch our review of Monsters University to see if it's worth checking out this weekend.
The LA Film Festival kicked off last Thursday, and stars have already flocked to the event to promote their newest projects. Yesterday, Octavia Spencer stepped out for the Fruitvale Station premiere, while Shailene Woodley attended her The Spectacular Now debut. On Saturday, Rooney Mara met up with Casey Affleck to show support for their flick, Ain't Them Bodies Saints, while Alessandra Ambrosio took her daughter, Anja, to the premiere of My Little Pony: Equestria Girls. Instagram is one of our many obsessions, and celebrities have likewise utilized the social site by sharing their personal photos. Katy Perry is the latest star to join, following in the footsteps of other pop stars like Britney Spears and Taylor Swift. Last month Ellen Pompeo also became a member of the photo-sharing phenomenon and kicked off her account with sweet snaps of her daughter, Stella. Other stars who have joined Instagram over the past year include Justin Timberlake, who hopped on the bandwagon during the Grammys this year, and Beyoncé, whose Instagram induction came on Election Day 2012.

Models and stars mixed and mingled at various afterparties following the 2013 CFDA Awards at NYC's Lincoln Center last night. Sofia Vergara linked up with Vera Wang at the Four Seasons hotel to celebrate the designer's Lifetime Achievement honor, which she picked up during the award show earlier in the evening. Also in attendance to show their support for Vera were Anna Wintour, Kate Mara, Greta Gerwig, and many of her fellow designers. Meanwhile, models Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Karlie Kloss danced the night away at Swarovski's soiree on top of The Standard hotel. The downtown affair also brought out Hailee Steinfeld, Kate Upton, designer Prabal Gurung, and Ellie Kemper. Hailee did more than just party with her fashionable friends, she also took the stage as a presenter of the Swarovski Emerging Designer award earlier in the night.
Many other stars stepped out in the Big Apple last night for the CFDA Awards, which celebrate American designers and their contributions to the fashion world. Kerry Washington, Jessica Chastain, and Tobey Maguire, who was on the arm of his wife and nominee Jennifer Meyer, were just a few to show their support for fashion's biggest names, while Hillary Clinton also made an appearance to present the Founders Award to Oscar de la Renta.
Victoria's Secret beauties Lily Aldridge, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanepoel embraced their angel wings for tonight's CFDA awards, with each lady picking a take on ivory. Lily chose a deep cream brocade strapless style by The Row with frilly red mules, while Candice picked a Prabal Gurung look with an asymmetrical neckline and a thick black belt at the waist. Alessandra rounded things out in a minimalistic, one-shouldered, white cutout KaufmanFranco dress that looked like it could be plucked straight from Gwyneth Paltrow's closet. Which one is your favorite?
