Are All of Kevin's Court Actions Excessive?

Yesterday Britney and Kevin's lawyers met in court once again where it was decided that Britney would no longer be allowed to drive with her boys in the car. It's starting to feel like Kevin is trying to take Britney to court almost every week, and for any reason he can come up with. So we want to know — do you think all of Kevin's court actions are excessive?

I think the media should take a huge chunk of responsibility here. No matter what Britney does they are going to portray her in a negative light. She could be the best Mom in the world and they would still find a way to shoot her down, it sells and that is what they do, if any other A-list celeb started making mistakes parenting their children the media would jump on that like some one was giving away free celebs sex tapes or cellulite pics. I am not saying she is perfect but with as many paps following her around they are bound to catch stuff you wouldn't see Reese Witherspoon or Julia Roberts doing. I mean come on these people swarm around her and on top of her they are like stampeeding cattle, then SHE gets in trouble for running over there feet???!!!!!! If I was her I would by a Hummer with a snow plow and drive it every where I went, if they get in the way Oh Well. They obviously don't care about anything or anyone unless its a crotch shot, court battle or the new rehab-er. I think it is just plain silly. This girl has been in the business since she was a teen everything she has done has been put under a microscope. We called her a star, perfect, gorgeous, the best thing since Madonna then the Media changed our tune. So then we started calling her white trash, stupid, needy, a good mother, a bad mother, a good mother after the divorce, a bad mother when she decided to blow off some steam or get here groove on. And now Kevin is #1 Dad??? Why ??!! Because no one ever sees him? Because he wants to bleed Britney dry because he needs money to stay on the scene? He doesn't want to love those children, have we ever seen pictures where Kevin looks happy to be with his kids??? Come to think of it I think there have only been a handful of pics of Kevin WITH his kids at all, any of them. Every one thinks he is some noble father protecting his children, when he is really using them for money, that is all he wants is MONEY and FAME. If he has to ride his now ex-wives coat tails to get there he doesn't care. The people I feel sorry for is the children I don't think either one of their parents fighting and going to court every day is good for them. In a divorce the first priority is the kids, always and that is not how it is in this divorce. In this divorce the first priority is money, and I think the people not blinded by media opinions or pictures can see what side the greed is coming from.

They are both idiots but I think he has every right to want to keep his kids away from her, she is/has been on a downward spiral and she is a danger to those kids!

not to say that brit's an angel, but i think that k-fed is being a little excessive. if he had to pay his own bills, then i think that he'd be using better judgement. what's he looking to gain from all this? the kids are going to be so messed up becuase of a messy divorce...

Well, the court actions all seem to be about Britney and her parenting skills (or lack of), so as the father he has the right to make sure his kids are happy & safe.Of course, I don't know what Kevin's parenting skills are because we don't hear about that, but while Britney keeps doing crazy things, he should continue to fight for what is best for Sean & Jayden.

It's so hard to feel bad for Britney because she courts trouble, hard core. Go home and clean up, Britney, before your kids have enough material to wirte their own version of "Mommie Dearest".

Absolutely not! Clearly Britney has no interest in getting professional help! He should do EVERYTHING he can to keep the children safe and healthy. Those kids are in DANGER if she's out driving recklessly and irresponsibly, doing drugs, leaving them unsupervised! K-Fed might be trash, but at least you don't see videos of him running red lights- putting other's lives at risk!

Earlier this month Britney was seen going through a red light while playing with her cell phone, her children were asleep in the back! Someone is going to get hurt. Britney hasn't "hit bottom" yet. Who knows how far she'll have to go before she hits! I wouldn't want one of those beautiful children to be seriously injured or killed by Britney's recklessness. If she needs to hit bottom at least she won't be able to take them with her.

Kevin does have a job people...he has done some acting jobs here and there so stop acting like he just sits on his butt all day cause he doesn't. What does Kevin have to do to prove that he actually loves his kids? I'm not saying he's an angel...I'm just saying I'm giving him a chance before I pass judgment on him. Maybe Kevin wouldn't have to go to court everyday if Britney got her stuff together. Also, people who say the kids should be put in foster care don't really know the foster system well or they wouldn't say that. The foster system is horrible and I would never wish that on any child. If the judge can keep the family intact, they usually try to do that.

Kevin's not dragging her through the mud. Just imagine the stuff he could say if he chose to speak to the media! He's never talked to the media very much, so nobody really knows much about him, other than what Britney blabs. Even when Matt Lauer was at their house and Kevin had an album in the works, he chose to not be part of the interview. (Most people would have jumped at that chance to promote upcoming work.) Britney isn't paying all of his legal bill. She was ordered to pay $120,000 leaving him $40,000 to pay, which is still a lot, and he doesn't have an income like hers. So it's costing him every time he has to haul her back.

It really is unfortunate for those poor kids, though. They seem to be just in the midst of thier parents war. Britney doesn't seem to care enough to fight for them or change her self destructing ways for them and Kevin seems to be using them as pawns to get even w/ Brit. I honestl wonder whether either parent cares about them. Anf that's what makes the whole situation so heartbreaking. Those sweet boys...they are the most adorable little things. And no matter how much money their parents have, it seems that they'll never have what they need. You can't buy love.

It does seem to me that Kevin is sort of enjoying draging her through the mud right, now (especially after all the bad press he got while they were still married). But if the courts agree with him and continue to rule against Britney, it seems that there is some merit to the things he's saying.
