Amanda Seyfried Walking in NYC With New Boyfriend

Amanda Seyfried made her public debut with new boyfriend Desmond Harrington in NYC yesterday when they held hands on the streets of the East Village. Amanda was back out this morning to walk her dog and grab coffee with a different male friend. Amanda and Desmond are hanging on the East Coast together during downtime from work obligations. Desmond is on a break from filming Dexter while Amanda is gearing up for press on multiple upcoming projects. She has Les Misérables, Lovelace, and The Big Wedding coming out before the end of the year.

Amanda and Desmond apparently got together in July, after Amanda split from Josh Hartnett. It looks like Desmond's Dexter costar Jennifer Carpenter may have had a hand in their relationship since she reportedly set the two up.
